Joyva is a century-old family business based in Brooklyn, NY, a true immigrant success story of living the American dream. We are sesame experts and makers of the original American Halvah, which we still hand-craft with love and care - this recipe never changed. Rich in history, our story is a classic that has stood the test of time. A true American Original, with beautifully crafted processes paired with simple ingredients.

From Sesame delights and delicious candies, and through generations, this feeling of joy has been folded into everything we are and everything we make.

At Joyva, we make America's original Halvah for over 100 years. We also craft delicious candy and sesame products that nourish happiness and fond memories. We roast sesame seeds to perfection and turn them into smooth, nutritious Tahini, which we use for our Halvah - a delicious, sweet treat made the traditional way, by hand, in copper barrels.

Joyva Marble Halvah has a delicious ribbon of dark chocolate through our original halvah recipe - nutty, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth sesame goodness. Our Halvah is naturally gluten-free and has no artificial colors or flavors. It makes a great snack and can be used as a topping.
